The GROW program is a bilingual workforce development initiative that serves families with a goal to bridge the wealth gap predominantly impacting People of Color. Workshops and coaching focus on upskilling, customer service, financial empowerment, and more! A coaching model is used to support adults with setting financial independence goals. The Coach helps participants learn to navigate an unfamiliar environment, and to be competitive in the job market. Education and resources drive economic empowerment outcomes. GROW delivers English as a second language classes, computer training, resume and interview skills, and financial coaching.
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
Wesley House Community Services is a member of the Louisville Asset Building Coalition. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program is a free tax preparation services that ensure that clients receive their maximum refund for which they are eligible.
