Informal Events
Starting at $400.00, 4 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum
$75 for each additional hour past 6 hours
$150.00 - Damage Deposit (refundable)
Formal Events
(weddings, conferences, etc.)
Starting at $800, 4 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum
$75 for each additional hour past 6 hours

The cutoff time for rental of the space is 12AM.
